ABOUT

Neurostructural Integration Technique

Neurostructural Integration Technique, or NST, is a method that helps align the body’s structure by stimulating the nerves and muscles in the neuromuscular system

The application itself consists of sequences of rolling movements called Pri- moves (“proprioceptive rolling impulse movements”) throughout the lumbar, thoracic, and cervical regions of the body, as well as the upper and lower extremities.

The main aim of applying NST is to alleviate pain and correct dysfunctional physiological conditions and psychosomatic stresses by eliminating any irregular muscular tension patterns
manifested in the body.

Adhering to a "System before Symptom" approach means that any health issue may be safely and effectively addressed through NST. It is, moreover, suitable for all acute and chronic conditions
for all age groups.

Unbalanced Tensional Forces

Unbalanced Tensional Forces

When a muscle is tight, it can pull on your spine, leading to a pinched nerve. This can disrupt the communication network of your nervous system, impacting how organs like your kidneys and stomach function, and contributing to persistent pain and stress.

This image highlights the goal of achieving balance. When the muscles are in a state of proper alignment and tension, the spine is stable, and the nervous system can function without interference. Clear communication is restored, allowing your body to work as it was designed to—efficiently and harmoniously. This balanced state is essential for overall health and well-being.
