ABOUT

Neurostructural Integration Technique

NST is short for Neurostrucural Integration Technique, and as its name suggests it's all about the integration of the structure by a stimulation of the neuromuscular system.

The application itselfs consists in sequences of rolling movements called Pri- moves
( Proprioceptive  rolling impulse movements) throughout the lumbar, thoraic and cervical regions of the body and also upper and lower extremities.

The main aim iof applying NST is to remove pain, correct dysfunctional physiological conditions and psychosomatic stresses, by eliminating irregular muscular tensional patterns that have manifested in the body.

Using a " System before Symptom" approach means that ther is no health issue that cannot be safely and effectively adressesd with NST. In fact, it is sutiable for all acute and chronic conditions, for all group of ages.

Unbalanced Tensional Forces

Unbalanced Tensional Forces

When a muscle is tight, it can pull on your spine, leading to a pinched nerve. This can disrupt the communication network of your nervous system, impacting how organs like your kidneys and stomach function, and contributing to persistent pain and stress.

This image highlights the goal of achieving balance. When the muscles are in a state of proper alignment and tension, the spine is stable, and the nervous system can function without interference. Clear communication is restored, allowing your body to work as it was designed to—efficiently and harmoniously. This balanced state is essential for overall health and well-being.
